Manna House, 640 Cliffwood Ave., Cliffwood Beach section of Old Bridge, will celebrate its 20th anniversary Aug. 15 with a brief ceremony and proclamation at 2 p.m. followed by refreshments. Assemblyman Samuel Thompson and Lynn Miller, director, Monmouth County Department of Human Services, will be in attendance.
